Yekalon’s Tap&Go locking system won a lawsuit in Germany and shocked whole world

On Dec. 29th, 2009, the international PATENT protection seminar of China forestry industry was held by China National Forestry Industry Association (CNFIA) and China National Forest Products Industry Association (CNFPIA) in Diaoyutai State Hotel. Vice-chairman of The NPC Standing Committee ChenChangzhi issued a prize to Yekalon as "Outstanding contribution to China forestry industry in the international rights protection". The secretary for China national forestry Jia Zhibang attended the Seminar and made a speech.

This seminar set Yekalon as a typical case for positively and successfully attending different international litigations, and made a profound and comprehensive discussion about it. As the representative of China forestry enterprises for international rights protection, Yekalon positively attended several big international litigations in the past years. After the success of winning 0% anti-dumping duty during the anti-dumping investigation in Canada in 2004, the success of winning the lawsuit of 337 investigations in America in 2006, Yekalon made another big success in the temporary restraining of intellectual property rights in Germany recently.

It came to an agreement that YEKALON has successfully broke the core technology monopoly in flooring industry by applying TAP & GO – the worldwide patent locking system, to "sennorwell" flooring , which has drew a great attention to all authorities and officials in China. They declared that further assistance will be given to Yekalon, helping this infant enterprise to be full participated in the worldwide competition, fairly and reasonably , thus contribute lot in cutting down the purchasing cost and improving living condition for end users globally.
